Alicia

Alicia is a very underwhelming color. When I applied it, I expected to see pretty rainbows. Instead, it’s mostly a mixture of silver and gold shimmer. There’s a slight rainbow effect, but only in certain lights and only if you look close enough. Nowhere near the holo effect I was hoping for. It’s also very sheer. Probably best worn over a white polish, unless you want to apply 3-4 coats.
